Leasing Consultant (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: Camelot East Apartments, 1400 Sherwood Drive, Fairfield, OH 45014

At Camelot East Apartments, we’re seeking a skilled and motivated Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our leasing department, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting prospective tenants with their ideal homes. Fluent communication in both English and Spanish is essential for success in this role.

We provide competitive compensation along with an attractive commission structure. Leasing Consultants earn $100 per move-in, which they get to keep entirely. Additionally, there’s a $125 renewal bonus, distributed among all property employees. Our commitment extends to annual bonuses and quarterly commissions tied to achieving specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

*With occasional rotations with our sister properties (Olde Towne Apartments & Meadow View Apartments* 

Responsibilities:
  • Present Properties: Showcase apartments, houses, and other available units to potential clients, highlighting their features persuasively.
  • Tenant Matchmaking: Collaborate with residential landlords to identify suitable tenants based on their preferences and needs.
  • Effective Marketing: Utilize various media channels and advertising techniques to promote vacant properties.
  • Personalized Presentations: Understand clients’ requirements and financial situations to create tailored property presentations.
  • Thorough Validation: Verify application information and references to ensure quality tenant selection.
  • Negotiation Skills: Skillfully negotiate leasing terms and finalize agreements.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about property market trends and dynamics.
  • Property Maintenance: Regularly inspect properties to ensure proper upkeep.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven track record as a successful leasing consultant.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with leasing rules and regulations.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability in sales and customer service.
  • YARDI Proficiency: Experience using YARDI software is a must.
  • Tech Skills: Basic understanding of MS Office.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver exquisite presentations and negotiate effectively.
  • Marketing Savvy: Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques.
  • Customer-Centric: A customer-focused approach to interactions.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both English and Spanish.

  • Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour.
