On-Site Community Manager

Job Summary:
Are you ready to make a difference in our community? As the On-Site Community Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of resident satisfaction and seamless community operations! This dynamic role involves leading people, coordinating activities, and optimizing resources to achieve the exciting goals set by our Regional Manager and HQ. You'll work in close partnership with HQ SLI (Specialized Leasing Initiative) employees, including resident relations and leasing consultants, and be the main point of contact for all onsite issues. Primary Responsibilities:
- Financial: Collect/post rent, manage bank deposits, handle credit card expenses, submit invoices, monitor delinquencies, and process evictions.
- Team Management: Submit payroll, ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, and support the team to meet objectives.
- Resident Relations: Build positive relationships, coordinate move-ins/outs, organize events, and enhance resident experiences.
- Asset Maintenance: Conduct inspections, ensure timely apartment readiness, perform night audits, and manage service requests, Coordinate and communicate with the SLI Leasing Specialist concerning upcoming and ready units and dates, Communicate effectively with the service team and the SLI Resident Relation Specialist to ensure apartment service requests are being resolved correctly, professionally, and timely.
- Safety: Report inspections, ensure safety compliance, and handle incident reports.
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time. (On-Site).
- Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5:00PM (No weekends)
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in multifamily management.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; CAM/CALP preferred.
- Licenses: Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance required.
Physical Requirements:
- Mostly desk work, occasional lifting (10-25 lbs), and various physical activities.
Compensation:
- Hourly: $25-$29/HR (Dependent on experience and certifications)
- Quarterly Bonuses based on KPI Metrics.
- Monthly renewal bonus per unit ($125 per renewal, shared among all employees).
