Role Summary:

As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from resident relations to financial management. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to create a welcoming and well-maintained living environment.

Responsibilities:

Resident Relations:

Maintain a positive customer service attitude, ensuring resident satisfaction.
Address resident complaints promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular communication with residents to build strong relationships.

Property Inspections and Maintenance:

Physically inspect the property regularly to assess its condition and safety.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards.

Leasing and Marketing:

Welcome prospective residents and showcase the property.
Handle incoming phone calls from potential residents.
Complete necessary paperwork for lease agreements.

Financial Management:

Assist in formulating budgets for each calendar year.
Monitor expenses and stay within established budget guidelines.
Track rental income, handle rent collection, and manage financial records.

Personnel Management:

Conduct safety training for new employees.
Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Compliance and Legal Matters:

Conduct all business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and other applicable laws.
Stay informed about changes in regulations and adjust practices accordingly.

Qualifications:

Must-Have: Experience with Yardi software.
- Minimum three years of on-site property management experience.
- Successful track record of accomplishments in property management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi Voyager (or similar programs).

Compensation:

Competitive pay plus benefits.
Quarterly bonus: Easily achievable $1,000 based on meeting simple Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Monthly renewal bonus: $125 shared among all employees at the property.
Annual salary range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
